Wayne “Frosty Freeze” Frost, a pioneering b-boy of the legendary Rock Steady Crew has died. He passed away on April 3rd aged 44 following a long illness.
Known for his legendary performances in the movies Style Wars, Wildstyle and Flashdance, his daring moves helped set off a worldwide breakdancing craze. He was also the first b-boy to appear on a magazine cover.
A memorial for Frosty is expected to take place on April 11. Our condolences go out to his family and friends.

Submissions are still open for the Rising Styles 2008 Soundtrack CD.
Showcasing some of the BEST new & exclusive tracks from the UK, 1,000’s of the CDs will be produced and distributed through Hip Hop Connection Magazine to coincide with the
Rising Styles Hip Hop Festival in July 08.
Artists and tracks will also be featured inside the magazine.

can be downloaded here in pdf or word format.
Submissions are welcome from all UK-based hip hop artists
whether signed or unsigned, and must be received by Friday 14th March 2008.
